"The staff, including at check-in, Patrick the bartender, and the chef were all friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, our first time in Upstate New York. Thank you Inn at Saratoga Springs for your generous hospitality."

"The renovation completed inside the room was very nicely thought out with the space available. The bathroom was especially modern, clean and had big shower. The two queen beds were clean and very comfortable. The outside of the motel is deceiving as it gives camp vibes. I would have enjoyed an ice machine, snack machine and a coffee maker with better choices of coffee with creamer. The motel is so close to SPAC which was a huge plus. The lack of an office or staff at a desk was odd, but we were helped by a very friendly guy in an adjoining room. Remember to read the notices on the office door if you miss the emails. Parking was plentiful."

"We thought that housekeeping might come in with fresh towels and since the did not, we had to go to the front desk for fresh towels. We stayed for 2 days and had 3 bath towels and 3 face cloths. The breakfast was not included, but it was excellent. The staff were friendly and polite."

"We love coming here, if you're lucky enough to get a room during your favorite concert it's an amazing experience! It's a five minute walk to SPAC it's a two minute walk to the Vic pool, and the grounds are absolutely amazing. If you've never been here it's modeled on I believe 19th century European architecture, as is the whole park. It's one of the prettiest places in New England, we come here every summer from Vermont for shows at SPAC."
