Fue una de las peores experiencias que he vivido. El primer impacto es una recepción desordenada, con el mobiliario en malas condiciones, y con un cúmulo de cajas que estuvieron en la recepción durante toda nuestra estancia. Los ascensores de la propiedad son insuficientes para atender todas las habitaciones (Solo 2 ascensores para un edificio de 36 niveles con más de 200 habitaciones). En la mañana los tiempos de espera superaban los 30 minutos. Nos tocó presenciar huéspedes que bajaban más de 30 pisos por no aguantar los tiempos de espera. El desayuno es un chiste. Muy mala calidad en los alimentos y un espacio insuficiente para atender el volumen de huéspedes. Alrededor de 15 mesas en un espacio muy reducido. Los tapetes de los pasillos están descuidados y en muy malas condiciones. Es un hotel de 1 o 2 estrellas

Awesome hotel with great staff

Great location! I loved the stay but our air conditioning was leaking water the whole time. So the floor was always wet. Otherwise- great hotel, great location and I would stay there again!

The hotel is really well placed for Times Square and the public transport . The room Was spacious and quite comfortable but very cold even with the air con off . The hotel deal was a $20 per day per room designated bar allowance . Unfortunately the bar charges $6 for a tiny mixer bottle of water so $20 didn’t cover even a litre bottle of water. We tried to go to the Guggenheim museum which was supposed to be free entry for guests. Unfortunately the hotel didn’t explain the entry rules or give us a QR code so the museum didn’t allow us in - wasted journey on our tight schedule. The check in process was inadequate and the ‘guest deals’ were not explained clearly ; the staff were not particularly helpful or friendly and each staff gave us a different version of what was included and what was not. The hotel made multiple attempts to charge my debit card over a period of 12 hours attempts of almost $1000 were made even though the manager had promised this would not happen again . Security also felt like an issue and we did have an incident which took quite some time and effort to give us assurance that the hotel was safe - but sadly the feeling of being safe in the hotel was not there for us . The room booked was ‘city view’ but our room looked into guests bedrooms staying at the neighbouring Marriot hotel . We did not get the City view that we had booked and paid for . This was really disappointing. On Expedia all rooms are described as City view- we requested but denied this roo
