Beautiful hotel, room was spacious and great views across the valley. We arrived early and they got us into our room within 45mins which we appreciated.
The dining staff were not so good, we asked for a table and was told they would call our room once a table was free, we waited 1hr 30mins with no call, we went back to find lots of empty tables with used plates, no attempt was made to clear them the rest of the time we were at the restaurant. When we asked for the dessert menu we were refused service due to the time. Overall i would stay again but eat in the town.

As a 5-star hotel, the breakfast is terrible. Basic items like cheese were missing for two days, and on one day, they only offered one kind.
There’s no variety in bread, and the coffee is bad.
The restaurant has an unpleasant smell that sticks to your clothes — really disappointing!

"Room on the small side but that’s standard for Hanoi due to narrow building codes. Anna and her staff was amazing. Multiple times we have gone to her for tour, eat and shopping recommendations. All were good. Some were great b/c they were not touristy places but frequented by locals. Highly recommended ..."
