It is a very nice hotel once you arrive. The interior is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, getting to the hotel can be quite challenging, especially for international travelers who do not speak Chinese. One important detail that was not disclosed is that the hotel is not directly accessible by car. This created a major inconvenience for us. Even our taxi driver was unfamiliar with the area and ended up driving into a very narrow dead-end alley. We eventually had to get out and walk approximately 300 meters with our luggage in the afternoon heat, while the driver had to struggle back his vehicle out because there was no room to turn around. Needless to say, neither we nor the driver were happy with the situation. The hotel is also difficult to locate, as it is tucked away inside an alley and partially hidden behind another hotel. I believe the hotel should provide guests with detailed arrival instructions and the best drop-off location before arrival. Another disappointment was the airport transportation information. It was advertised with a 24-hour airport shuttle service, but when we inquired about it, the quoted price was over three times the cost of a regular taxi. We ended up taking a regular taxi to the airport, but because cars cannot reach the hotel entrance, we again had to drag our luggage through the residential alley to the nearest main street to meet the taxi.If you plan to stay here, I recommend researching the arrival logistics in advance.

Breakfast is the best

Hotel is nice with free drinks in the lounge area and the location is near a metro. I was upgraded to a bigger room which was nice, however the rooms are not sound proof, hearing doors slam etc and the double glazing doesn’t block sound from the street. So it’s ok but not excellent for a good night sleep.

The staff was knowledgeable about Beijing. More importantly, front desk members have extensive travel experience, so they can assist guests in finding rewarding travel experience. Their guidance served me well during my trip. Highly recommended!
