Not quite silence - there are sheep a couple of fields away and the hum of insects gorging on the flowers. Walks through the fields and woods in the area from the front door. Genial hosts with good local knowledge, friendly and discrete. "

"Lovely location and spacious living. Only downside is the number of steps especially between rooms. Not for anyone who has problems with stairs. Otherwise, a well equipped kitchen with good sized fridge & freezer. Our hostess even went out and bought some champagne flutes because I said I enjoyed sparkling wine."
