"The staff was nice; no complaints. Bed/pillows were reasonable, but all the pillows were square - didn't realize till the second night that the pillow cases were tucked in, they are regular rectangular pillows, ooops. The bathroom was VERY small, no ventilation, so the toilet seat was always damp, yuck. The sink water doesn't get cold, which isn't the end of the world, but I don't like brushing my teeth in warm water. And the counter is seriously low. I'm 5'2" and it came to about my hips. Now, before you say ADA, no, it wasn't. No cutout for w/c to get fit under, not that it could fit in there, one human without an assistive device barely fit. Literally, the door opens, and is stopped by the tub and misses the toilet by half an inch. Overall not much to complain about BUT when the room is $250 a night...I'd rather pay that and go to Hampton Inn next door for a room worthy of that price."

"This was so much more than a “glamper” it was paradise. From the host (Amazing), to the property (think old world butterfly garden), to the location (central!) there isn’t enough good to say. The screened in porch saved us during downpours while still letting us enjoy outside. The shower was hot. I usually wipe down things with bleach wipes when I do rentals but not here!we didn’t end up taking our dog but the fenced in yard (mind the gaps for small dogs) would have been perfect for her to explore. After hiking for 10 miles up the mountainside the little cattle pool was perfect for my knee to soak in. Highly recommend the state parks and if you go to stony creek drive to Savor Vineyards in Arkport you’ll be happy you did. Things to know: it’s in a lake area so it gets moist be sure to take chip clips, the drive is steep you might want to use 4 wheel or auto 4 to get up easier. This property is on my “happy to use again” list."

"Beautiful Victorian house just 2 miles from downtown Canadaigua NY and the lake. Outdoor sitting gardens are perfect for relaxing. This house and all the rooms are exquisite. Although we didn't have the breakfast, we were told by other guests that it's simply amazing."

"the lake access was excellent, view from the deck marvelous and plenty of blankets towels and toilet paper. Overall it was a great place to stay, quiet even with clothes campers/RV's. I would make a couple improvements however.1) put a double or queen bed in one of the rooms with twin beds. Having 4 adults with 2 kids meant one couple didn't sleep together. Not a true hardship but a suggestion.2) find lids for the fry pans so spattering grease is contained.3) pot holders. Only one there and it may have shrunk along the way but as an average female it was a tight fit on my hand.It was a very relaxing time. The dock was solid and our boat suffered no damage when the lake was choppy. I left behind, on purpose, hand sanitizer and salt, I will keep this rental in my favorites and rent again. My grandchildren had a great time as well.Thank you so much for opening your house for a glorious vacation,"
