We had a couple of blips with the housekeeping staff, our room was not cleaned one day and we had no water in the room another day. On the plus side the reception staff went above and beyond to recommend tours and answer our questions. Breakfast had good choices, something for everybody.

This is a great hotel. The location is perfect as it just outside the zone you want to walk so its not noisy at all. The staff are beyond amazing and help with every possible need. Comfortable beds, very clean and stocked rooms. I would definately stay here again.

Everything was more than we could of hoped for - the communication before our trip, the exceptionally lovely and attentive people, the rooms, the roof top terrace and the lovely breakfast were all brilliant. Thank you for a fantastic time.

We had the most wonderful stay here for 3 days over easter. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, every part of it is carefully thought out. The decor is gorgeous, rooms spacious with lovely high ceilings and it is immaculately clean. The grounds are stunning, service and staff exceptional, i cannot think of one negative thing about our stay. Breakfast was also excellent and dinner in the restaurant the same with very reasonable pricing too for a 5 star hotel. A couple of minutes walk away are a couple of pleasant local restaurants and if you have a car, lots of hikes nearby. We loved every minute of our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Location was excellent. Walkable to all key sites. Staff very friendly. We are in the restaurant twice once for dinner - has beef tenderloin which was extremely tasty. Had lunch one day as well. Large room and lovely public areas.
