NEWly remodeled/landscaped cozy and endearing home

Relax and have FUN with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We like to call this the “Concord Cozy”. We have brand new top quality mattresses and bedding ready to hug you as you sleep the night away. With the home close to the freeway go see San Francisco (guidebook available), Napa, Berkley, Sacramento, or San Jose! The list is ENDLESS! When you come home, enjoy a California night playing games in the spacious backyard or enjoy a movie night with a brand new 58” tv!
The space
At the Cozy Concord, please enjoy your stay with record music, fun board games and exciting outdoor games with your whole family and friends. Eat inside or on the outdoor table and enjoy Northern California.

There are 3 bedrooms including 8 spots to sleep. In the master, enjoy a California king bed. You won’t be able to feel the other person toss and turn and will have enough space to get the sleep you individually need.

The home is close to the freeway so enjoy getting on the road quickly. Our location is quite central to visiting all of the iconic places nearby like San Fransiciso, Berkeley, San Jose, Napa, and Sacramento. Our gas station down the street near the local liquor store also has amazing gas prices. We always fill up there because it’s the most affordable and if you know California gas prices, you know they can get out of hand.
Guest access
The whole house is yours!! Just be kind and respectful to all that we have furnished the place with. We had to unexpectedly move and this was our home that we have taken the time to really fix up and make ours. We miss it and hope you can make sure it is taken care of! Thank you :)

This is our first time being hosts. Please be patient if we are missing anything, but like I stated, please let me know if you need anything and I will try to accommodate from a far.
