"Great location, clean rooms, wonderful pool and hot tub"

"They were doing construction during our stay and it was very very loud in the morning. We also were put on the lower level next to the elevator, I assume due to the construction, and it was not a good location."

"We had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience at this hotel. During our stay, items were taken from our room by the cleaning person, and it was clear that she also had gone through our personal belongings. This is not just unacceptable—it’s a serious violation of trust and basic safety. When we reported it, the manager, Sheila, initially appeared sympathetic and assured us she would make it right, including refunding one night to compensate for the situation and the missing items. Unfortunately, once we checked out, that promise was not honored. Instead, we received a refund of only $30, which doesn’t come close to addressing what was taken or the distress caused. Since then, attempts to resolve the issue have been met with avoidance and lack of accountability. Communication has been inconsistent, and we have not received the resolution that was clearly promised. If you value your belongings, your privacy, and honest customer service, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere. This experience left us feeling frustrated, misled, and completely unsupported."

"We loved this hotel! The staff and amenities made it even better! It was convenient to thr Arch and the Cardinals stadium. Only inconvenience is we werent able to park the first night in the hotel deck and my car was broken into. The staff were great and did what they could to make it right. Overall great experience at this hotel!"

"Located downtown adjacent but not in the hustle and bustle. We booked this hotel because it had free breakfast, free parking, and it had a hot tub. All of which were exactly what we had hoped for! Breakfast included hot options like biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage. There was also a soda fountain which is available at breakfast but also from 3p-10p. This was fantastic to have! Pool and hot tub were functional and clean. Great for relaxing while the kids played around. Parking garage was locked at night with only badge access from your hotel keycard. It felt very safe. Truly fantastic stay. Would highly recommend."
