Location excellent, 5 stars with views across lake and able to sit on balcony and watch the hustle and bustle of the small boats coming and going at the jetty. Very hot when we stayed but the Aircon in all rooms was very efficient, and the windows were excellent at keeping any street noise out, a good undisturbed nights sleep. The property was a little worn and would benefit from some update and maintenance in places, but had all you needed and owner was very responsive.

Zunächst: die Wohnung war super. Die Größe, die Lage und besonders der Blick auf den See. Einfach toll. Nicht ganz so toll war Alex, der die ganze Zeit,auch vorher schon total gleichgültig war. Wir haben ihn nie zu Gesicht bekommen. Kommunikation nur per WhatsApp. Keine Hilfe, wo man das Gepäck am letzten Tag lassen konnte. Es geht übrigens im Cafe am Bahnhof. Eine Waage für Gepäck wär gut. Auf die Frage passen unsere Stecker kam ein Bild ,war aber nicht eindeutig. Einfach: ja hätte gereicht. Die Dusche gab nach kurzer Zeit nur noch kaltes Wasser (für lange Haare bei Frauen nicht so toll) Per WhatsApp Anweisung einen Reset Knopf am Brenner drücken. Das änderte auch nichts. Die Waschmaschine hatte Strom aber es lief kein Wasser hinein. Er brauchte 1,5 Tage, um mitzuteilen, das er sich bei Freunden schlau machen müßte. 2 Tage vor Abreise haben wir ihm geschrieben, er könne es vergessen.Vor der Reise nachgefragt, ob check out time etwas verlängert werden könnte. Antwort: maximal bis 11 Uhr. Tatsächlich war der Reinigungsdienst um 10 Uhr da, und Alex schrieb kurz und trocken: check out ist 10 Uhr. Keine Worte sonst. Das Geld für Steuern sollte auf den Tisch gelegt werden. Kein Beleg dafür. Ihn interessierte nicht mal ob die Wohnung in Ordnung war. Sie war es. Kein Abschied. Nichts. Ohne irgendein Wort. Abgang. Wen es nicht stört, die Wohnung ist toll.trom aus. Möglicherweise Zufall. Die Komunikation mit Alex ging ausschlieslich über WhatsApp.

Great location near the trains (very close to Como Lago and easy walking to Como S. Giovanni) and beautiful view of the lake. Easy to locate with lots of options nearby for meals, ice cream!, and shopping.
