"Room wasn’t clean/ dirty side tables. Check in is odd. 6pm check in and you pick up a phone and then staff come out to help. Turn on heat and it smelled like dust immediately. I didn’t have the nice floors in my room, but the carpet appeared pretty new. The view was 0 starts. My window opened to tire level of the parking lot. It was quiet, and the breakfast was as you would expect. Adequate for an unexpected stay. "

"I came down to Winona to visit a friend from college. I choose this hotel because it was convenient and close to my friends place. Overall, I was unimpressed by the hotel. I was initially shocked that there was no elevator. The hotel room was not the cleanest. There was dust visible on the ceiling. The shower drain was incredibly dirty. The office chair fabric was tearing off. The staff were friendly and helpful, however there was rarely a worker at the front desk. The hotel worked for why I needed but I probably won’t be returning"
