"Staff was very polite and the grounds were very clean. But our room had a few papers/ wrappers on the floor and one of the beds sheets were stained. Beds were very uncomfortable, I wouldn’t have been able to stay more then one day. "

We also ate dinner on the patio every night! Just lovely.We “commuted” from here to Zion NP several days of our trip and found the drive manageable- 25 minutes or so. The value for the space and amenities we got here made it worthwhile!Communication was fine. We felt we could reach the host if needed but otherwise it’s a more hands-off style. "
