"The property was generally nice but needed a little more attention to details. Kitchen needed more dishwasher soap, hand towels and paper towels. Bathroom needed more wash cloths and floor mats. Manager was helpful when paper towels were requested. Dog enjoyed property. "

"Most horrible experience! This property shouldn't even be listed by Expedia. It is completely under construction! Not as described in listing or pictures. The property looks like its abandoned and there's been an apocalypse. Just a handful of rooms could be occupied. All other rooms were trashed with the doors open and mattresses thrown in the courtyard area. After checking in the first concern was that there was no water. The unit was suppose to have a kitchenette. That was not the case. The fridge was filthy and infested by roaches. No working microwave or stovetop. "

"First the man at the front desk said that my reservation was canceled by Expedia and to call Expedia. The phone numbers that I found for Expedia customer service were wrong, one was a company that does adult chat lines. Then the front desk said that the manager of the hotel canceled my reservation because they had issues with several of their rooms. I was NOT notified of this prior to my arrival. Then the front desk finds me a room which was disgusting, no pillow cases for the old worn stained pillows, one of the beds was not clean with hair on the sheets, all counters were dirty, and there was pink and gray/black MOLD on the door frame of the bathroom! I had no where else to go, all hotels were booked due to the BTS concert. The light outside of my room was not working so I didn’t feel safe opening my door or leaving my luggage in the room. I came for the BTS concert and all I could do was cry because I had no where else to go. It was a horrible experience and I am requesting a refund because it was not worthy of the $500 I paid for it. It was beyond disappointing. Please respond."

"Due to BTS concert, there were very few hotels left and all of them were super expensive... This hotel looked fine in the photos, but the actual hotel was quite awful... Well, if the price was reasonable, then I would have rated higher, but with the price we paid, I have to rate at these ratings unfortunately..."

"I had an event. And they allowed me to park there all day. While my check in was 3pm. Room was excellent just really cold , I couldn’t change the temperature."
