"Good hotel, with swiming pool and spa,room was clean and quite spqcuous.Bed was comfortable and big. But room service could be better, as they often missed towels to exchange. Also it will be nice to have some carpet in the living room. Room has baclony. Hotel staff was very helpful and acting promptly. Breakfast could be better , many options but quality was average. You can get nice rest at swiming pool sauna or steam room, also there is a roof tarrace with swimingpool. Overall good stay."

"Great hotel in a busy area. All you need nearby with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The free beach club is great. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet gave a good variety of options. All staff were friendly and efficient and always willing to assist. The lobby bar would benefit from being an adult only area in the evening. Too many children at 9pm to make it appealing for a couple wanting a quiet nightcap. Maybe more chairs elsewhere in the lobby or a bar on level 7 where families could have their own separate space. "

"Great hotel in a very good location, close to ferry and bus terminals. With lots of great restaurants close by We were disappointed to find out the spa and indoor pool were an extra expense and across the road. Breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs,which were incredibly runny,very granular in texture and i suspect not made from fresh eggs. Great system of digital key pad for room entry means you never risk losing your key. We would recommend this hotel, the staff were really friendly "

"Ideally situated hotel overlooking the bay and the sea. Beautiful view from our suite. Lovely facilities and friendly staff who made my son's birthday special. I cannot thank the staff at breakfast enough for the fuss they made of him on the last day. The only negative is that we weren't blessed with the best weather but we are already looking at booking again. "

"Kettle had mould and stank. Bedroom curtains didnt were broken so we couldn't close them. Then the tv wasnt working. The ac wasnt working either. The staff responded but they were busy so took to come long on each instance. Disaster. We slept terribly on account of ac being broken. Pillows stank. "
