Opposite the beach of Comillas. Perfect situation between the center of the village and the promenade and beach of Comillas. Covered garage in the urbanization itself. Fully equipped including sheets and towels and ideal for families with children (with travel cot and high chair for the little ones), for its proximity to Comillas Beach, playgrounds, restaurants and cafes. Privileged location.
2 private gardens available; One connected to the kitchen and with access from the same (ideal to have breakfast for the solecito at that time) and the other with a view of the beach perfect for lunch or dinner with the family (with some sun and some shade for both tastes) . Perfect location, by itself Comillas is a very quiet location but this area is privileged; Two gardens: one front communicated with the kitchen of about 12 meters and another rear with sea view, (beach of Comillas to scarce 200 meters), with entrance from the living room of about 25 meters; 150 meters from the Marqués de Comillas park and the Mirador de Santa Lucía, 7 km from the natural beach of Oyambre, 10 km from Santillana del Mar, 12 km from Suances, Camino de Santiago, 14 km to the forest of Secuoyas, 10 Km to San Vicente de la Barquera, 20 km to Torrelaguna and 35 km to Santander and Cabarceno Natural Park. Beach 200 meters. Walk full of restaurants and shops. Village at 200 meters. Own garage with a large square.

We stayed 5 nights in October. Unfortunately it rained some of the time, but we still managed to find good places to eat and things to do.
Our host, Jorge was extremely helpful both before and during our stay. He provided lots of information before we arrived on places to eat and visit.
Undercover parking was really helpful to load and unload the car, tho beware there are stairs.
If you are going in summer, the beach is just across the road, and down a few more steps.
This property was a fantastic base to explore Comillas and the surrounding areas of Cantabria. You can be on the beach or in the centre of town in 5 minutes.
The property itself has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. The garden has a good outside eating area and a lovely view of the sea and port. Our children (12 & 9) loved the swimming pool and the underground car parking was a brilliant facility.
The owner has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay. Thank you

Hemos estado muy a gusto disfrutando de la playa, qie está al lado de la casa y del centro del pueblo, a 5 minutos andando. La casa muy agradable al igual que el propietario que se nota que cuida los detalles de la casa y los jardines.

Nos ha encantado la estancia! El apartamento es ideal con todo lo que puedas necesitar! Íbamos con un bebé y un niño de 4 años y no nos ha faltado de nada! El anfitrion súper atento y la zona ideal, a un paso del centro y al mismo tiempo enfrente de la playa... repetiremos

Fantástica semana en familia
Fantastica estancia en familia, apartamento muy acogedor al que no les falta de nada. El propietario muy pendiente de que estuvieramos perfectamente. Muy recomendable si vas con niños pequeños porque tiene de todo para que estén confortables. Cocina totalmente equipada y muy limpio y luminoso. La playa a escasos metros y parking en la propia urbanización por lo que puedes olvidarte de tener que estar buscando sitoo cada vez que sales de excursión. Rodeado de sitios muy emblemáticos, desde el Parque Güell, el Capricho de Gaudí, cementerio gótico, mirador de Santa Lucía, puerta del moro, Palacio de Sobrellano y como no, el centro del pueblo a 300 metros, puedes embullirte en el centro e ir de compras o a tomar algo para después desconectar en el apartamento con su propio jardín privado mirando al mar . Idílico, repetiremos seguro.
