"Sylvie est très accueillante et elle est au petit soin pour ses hôtes. Le gîte est très confortable et joliment décoré. "Very disappointed. Booked as a stay over from a trip back from Italy. Alarm bells should have started ringing when they charged us 7 a person for a sheet and a towel. Entered the property and there’s a distinct smell of cat urine. Got a message in the morning saying the house must be spotless and to make the beds. This is when I realised that we had been sleeping in dirty duvets and pillow covers. They also wanted us to place the wet used towels in the bottom of a wardrobe which had the previous...

Odalys City Apartment Hotel - Colmar Centre

8/10 Good

"The apartment was very nice but is in need of some maintenance. Lights were burned out at the bedside & a plug receptacle was partially pulled out of the wall, also at the bedside. The drapes in the living room area, were coming off the hanging hardware. The staff were great & very helpful. The next issue is really a Hotels.com issue. When we tried to navigate to any location on our trip(rental car was used), the location of each property came up on the navigation system as Unknown Location instead of the name of the property. Thus, we found our selves on busy unfamiliar streets close to but not exactly at the front entrance of the facility. Also, specific information regarding actual location to where to park for each facility would be helpful. In many cases, the actual property name is not the exact name on the front of the hotel/apartment."

Hôtel Le Colombier

10/10 Excellent

"The staff was great and the location was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. The room was a little on the smaller side, but did not take away the charm of hotel. The staff were super accommodating for gluten free items which are a plus. The offsite parking was reasonable and a nice parking area. They did have a four space garage but required a tiny car."

Hôtel Maison Turenne

8/10 Good

"Well located property 5 minutes from historic center. Desk staff not terribly friendly. On site parking not available when we arrived. Fortunately street parking was available. Rather long walk to our room, which was good sized and nicely appointed. Breakfast was good, but over run with scarce seating and some items (fresh fruit) already eaten and unavailable."

Grand Hotel Bristol By Stay Collection

8/10 Good

"This is an amazing hotel if you are going to use trains or buses. The breakfast is excellent. We had a newly refurbished room with a good outlook so that was good. However, there was no easy chair despite neighbouring rooms having two. We asked a couple of times for a chair to no avail. We’d have given five stars otherwise"
