"This is a very dated property. The trees are over grown. The lobby is dingy and feels very out of date. The flower boxes were all unwatered and dead. The breakfast service was quite limited and focused on doughnuts. The room had out of date linens and had electrical outlets falling off the wall. Unless you are desparate, there ar probably better places to stay like the Hotel Canada on the opposite side of town. "

"Excellent hotel in Pinzolo. We enjoyed the small but clean and functional spa after walking and cykling in the mountains. The staff is very helpful and professional. What potential guests should be aware about is that the church bells ring every hour throghout the night. "

"The hotel is located about 150 meters away from the ski resort and rental/ school, a very convenient location. They do provide a shuttle service as well, which makes our ski trip easy and comfortable. The owner and all other staff are friendly and helpful, and very clean, nice Layoutroom. "We really enjoyed our stay at this great hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided us with local tourism information. The rooms were comfortable with sounds of the nearby mountian waterfall. The balcony had two chairs to enjoy the fresh air (when other guests weren't smoking). Our breakfast was amazing with many choices of fresh offerings and great coffee. Overall, it was a calm and relaxing stay. We look forward to returning someday."
