Private: large, well-kept garden with lawn 2'000 m2 trees, lawn for sunbathing 2'000 m2, indoor pool heated, with privacy (8 x 3 m, depth 135 - 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 31.Oct.). Unser Urlaub in Lundo

Eine hübsche Ferienwohnung in einem liebevoll sanierten Haus mit einem wunderschönen Garten war für 1 Woche unser Zuhause. Den Pool und die Terrasse hatten wir tatsächlich nur für uns. Den Blick in die Berge und über das Tal gehörte dazu. Die Wohnung ist authentisch eingerichtet. Knarzende Türen und ein antikes Bett inklusive. Wir kommen wieder auch wenn der Komfort des Bettes einen Punktabzug bekommt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!

Liebevoll u. wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung.Das komplette Haus ist sehr still- u. liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet.Die Einrichtung ist ordentlich u. in Schuss gehalten.Backofen, Spülmaschine alles top.Der Wellnessbereich mit Indoorpool, der weitläufige Garten mit den netten verschiedenen Terrassen ein Traum zum entspannen, erholen u. entschleunigen. Kritikpunkte sind das WLAN, dass nur im Schlafzimmer funktionierte u. häufig Aussetzer hatte.Schlafcouch u. Betten könnten bequemer sein.

Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und die Wohnung war absolut sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Nur gerne Autofahren sollte man, da es im Örtchen selbst keine Infrastruktur gibt.

Urlaub im November

Wir haben kürzlich eine Woche Urlaub im November in dieser Unterkunft gemacht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Wohnung ist sehr charmant und gemütlich eingerichtet. Und bei guten Wetter hat man einen tollen Ausblick über das gesamte Tal und die gegenüberliegende Bergkette. (Der Pool im Haus ist zu dieser Jahreszeit NICHT zu benutzen.) Etwas abgelegen ist Lundo ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Mountainbiketouren und Unternehmungen in der Natur. Leider gibt es auch einen kleinen Kritikpunkt, das Sofa ist bereits sehr durchgesessen und „alt“. Auch das Bett hat uns nicht überzeugt, da es eigentlich zwei separate Betten sind, die zusammengeschraubt wurden und so eine harte Kante in der Mitte haben. Eigentlich kein Problem, da man sich aber einer große Decke teilt doch etwas störend. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass das Kochen/zubereiten von Essen kein Problem darstellt. Abschließend noch zwei wichtige Punkte: - In Lundo gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch keine Restaurants, wer also am Abend gerne noch „ausgehen“ möchte oder schnell etwas besorgen will muss dies mit einer Autofahrt verbinden. - Nicht zu vernachlässigen sind die Heizkosten die am Ende des Aufenthalts abgerechnet werden. Diese sind mit 3€ pro m3 recht teuer. Da es sich um ein älteres Gemäuer handelt, wird auch einiges benötigt… Würden wir wieder kommen? Ja, aber dann gerne im Sommer um Annehmlichkeiten wie den Pool oder den Garten mitbenutzen zu können.

Splendido soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato per vacanze in famiglia, siamo rimasto incantati dalla splendida ristrutturazione di questo Maso, dalla comodità del rapporto diretto tra i locali dedicati alla piscina (con la possibilità di sentire la musica, la bellissima doccia extralarge, le sedute per rilassarsi) e il giardino (con tavolo, barbecue, altalena dedicata), ma anche da Lundo, borgo silenzioso con una splendida vista e parco giochi attrezzato; da vedere: Area Natura Rio Bianco, Museo palafitte Fiavè!

Unica pecca il wifi non ha un funzionamento costante quantomeno dalla Posizione del nostro appartamento e tv non funzionante, ma essendo in ferie abbiamo comunque avuto modo di staccare dalla tecnologia che invade la vita quotidiana

Superschöne Wohnung

Sehr geschmackvolle und funktionelle Ein-richtung Der Indoorpool im Gewölbekeller ist ds highlight. Leider ist im Ort Lundo keine Bar und kein Alimentari mehr vorhanden. Ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist unbedingt erforderlich. Die Anfahrt im Ort sollte besser beschrieben werden. Ein netter Dorfbewohner erklärte uns den Weg zum Haus. W-LAN war vorhanden, lief aber eher schlecht ... im Urlaub aber zu vernachlässigen
