No indoor/covered access to garage. If it’s raining you’re screwed. Towel guy came knocking at our door at midnight asking if we needed more towels. Why at midnight?? Hotel ran out of luggage carts the day we had to check out. Please invest in more luggage carts. Carpet in our room was dirty and had several stains.
