In the city center and 20 meters from the sea a modest two-room apartment on the 1st floor in a beachfront condominium, composed of: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, newly renovated bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, 2 balconies . Total number of beds 4.

THE PRICE TAXES (to be paid locally and in cash) equal to € 0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to pay.

In the price IS NOT INCLUDED THE CITY TAX (€ 0.30 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights). Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.

EXTRA SERVICES ON REQUEST (with payment on site):
Bed linen: € 5.00 per person per change;
Bath towels: € 5.00 per person per change;
Final cleaning: € 55.00
OBLIGATORY ADDITIONAL CLEANING IN CASE OF ANIMAL PRESENCE, where allowed with prior authorization € 50.00
