"Terrible time. I had to report my car being scratched (keyed it appeared) on two different occasions and they said nobody touched my car. Which is absurd because someone even had a finger mark trying to “buff” out what appeared to be a keying. Scratches don’t scratch themselves. I checked my car daily since Sunday to make sure my car would be ok. And it was not. I had to report a lady who I believe did hit my car bc she wasn’t even a guest. Looks as though she stayed in her car in the lot and the manager had to tell her to leave. Second, I stayed Sunday-Friday and nobody checked on us. I had to ask for towels on Wednesday, never received and then again Thursday, in which they told me housekeeping did give me towels which was untrue because I stayed in the room everyday, all day except for 8:20-8:40 and then 3:30-4 to pick my child up from a camp and still also had a bag of trash to be picked up. I didn’t receive my towels until I had to complain to Expedia twice on Thursday. Then I had bug bites all over my ankles, which I am guessing could have been from the bed because otherwise, I didn’t go anywhere to be bitten. Expedia told me someone would come inspect my room and they did not. Then there was some stain that was of rusty color like blood or feces on the bathroom door frame. This was the worst motel experience I’ve ever had."
