The room had peeling wallpaper and laminate. The shower tile was cracked. The stairwell was unkept. The picture of the room showed a different kitchen. The security guard that drove the property kept checking me out everytime I walked my dog, to the point I had to flash my room key at him to get him to drive off and leave me alone.

The property was nice ! But I got to my room and they had not even pulled the couch bed out. It had not been cleaned underneath nor was the couch bed itself cleaned!! There war pop bottles underneath and rose petals.I called down to the Lobby they did instantly come and clean and vacuum off the bed. I’ve never had a problem with Marriott properties. This will be the first everything else about the property was awesome. Even though of that situation, I would still go back!

Best Hotel Ever!!! I fly to Columbus 2-3 times a year and it's always a struggle to find a decent hotel in the area at $100 price range even in holiday seasons. This hotel is at top tier in every category. It's new so everything is brand new and sparkly clean. Staffs are so kind and attentive. Hotel has full kitchen and laundry (every floor). Hotel serves breakfast every morning. Menu changes everyday. So many different options of food!!! I am so so so glad I found this hotel and it's going to be my goto place whenever I visit Columbus.

The hotel is very nice, clean and its staff are very helpful but the bathroom in the handicapped suite was one of the worst my wife had ever experienced. The shower chair was broken and we had to use our own and water rolled out of the wheelchair roll in shower and accumulated behind the toilet on the other side. The drains in the floor were ineffective. Beds were not lowered. It was a suite that showed signs that it was quickly built to get credited as a handicapped acceable hotel
