Came home with bedbug bites the next day! Do not stay here! So gross!! The whole place had a stale odor and the room smelled like smoke despite it being a "non-smoking" hotel. One redeeming quality was the friendly guy at the counter-he was super nice. Oh....also, the elevator wasn't working. Do not stay here, too many other better options nearby.

The staff were very friendly and the location was convenient. We found a dead cockroach in the bathroom, and the tv did not work. The floors were not super clean.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this location, and I will stay here again. Rooms are clean and well stocked with towels and linens. Location is easily accessible to all Columbus has to offer, as well as Polaris shopping. The woman that runs the front desk is kind and welcoming. Greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. This hotel does not have amenities like a pool or restaurant, but I didn’t need those things. I was looking for a place to sleep at night while touring Columbus. It was clean and safe and met expectations.

Staff was great. They were accommodating to my foot injury and gave us a room that made getting around for me really easy. The location is GREAT! their location is perfect. There are so many restaurants close to the hotel. The room was clean. Great stay!

Great over night stop! The gentleman checking us in was great! Super nice. Room was very cleans, super comfortable beds and great pillows! They even lable firm and soft for their guest. Easy on and off for traveling and they allow pets for free! Most definitely will stay here on our trips!

Everything in those rooms are broken. The walls are dirty and dingy. Definitely had bodily fluids on them. The showers were disgusting. No heat, broken fridge, rusty microwave.

Staff were very friendly. The property itself was very dated. The area in which the hotel is in does not feel overly safe. It was a quiet hotel in general and we did get a good nights sleep, but I don’t think I’d go back there due to the condition of the hotel as well as the feeling of being unsafe in that area. Incidentally, I also killed the cockroach in the bathroom. I do appreciate staying at a hotel where they don’t charge you for your dog. That was the main reason I picked this hotel.

The desk staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The room was clean, had a fridge and microwave, is located near the highway (to permit easy travel), and was very reasonably priced.

Had stayed at a crappy Hotel the night before on our road trip, so this place was a godsend in comparison. Everything was so clean! The bed covers were very clean and pretty comfortable. The room came with a spacious L shaped desk which my partner loved working on. The bathroom was very nice and appropriately sized. I felt comfortable enough to shower. Everything in room worked and was very clean. The guy at the front desk was so sweet. The elevator was broken during my stay so I could not use that to get to my room on the third floor. It honestly did affect my stay personally. Overall great place to stay for a few nights.

Our reservations for four kings and one with two queens were not registered correctly and they had to “find” a double queen room, the one king room was double booked and they had to find another room for them. The couple opened the door only to find someone’s belongings everywhere.

The Hubbie and I needed some rest away from the kids. This was inexpensive and on a decent area. Plenty of resturants in walking distance. Close to the highway. I got a lil too tipsy and called to extend our day so we could sleep longer and they were happy to help. Very nice staff and comfortable beds. Not a bug in sight. Only complaint is the elevator doesn't work. We went and got massages and had to walk up the steps after which was quite hard to do. I'd still book again!
