My room was ok til it started raining. Water started coming from the door. I had to use the tiles and make sure my things weren't on the floor because the water started coming in. My room was clean. A lot of strange people out. But it was decent.

Quick overnight stay

This hotel is in a nice location; close to shopping and restaurants. Other than some noise from the highway (it's very close to I-70) the property was very quiet. Room was clean and comfortable.

It wasn’t very clean when we got there, also it was a little bit more expensive for what you got, I got a deluxe queen room non smoking and it smelled like the ppl before us did smoke, and it was basically a motel not nicer then one but not worse then one. The person who checked us in was very nice.

Red Roof Hilliard was very conveniently located near route 70, grocery stores, movie theater, all kinds of shops and restaurants! My room was large with refrigerator and microwave, shower good and beds comfortable. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

My experience has been great. A nice place to decompress from a long 700 mile drive, staff was friendly, and welcoming, also they allowed my Pit Bull without any questions, easy access to restaurants, convenient stores and the on ramp for the interstate.

It was very convenient for me, having business on the west side of Columbus. I was not staying long, and had few needs outside of a place to sleep with adequate parking for my truck. Lots of fast-food options nearby. Heavy traffic and its noise were my only complaints.

I’ve stayed at worse Red Roofs!

Pretty decent. Room was mostly clean and updated. Slight dog smell and did find crusty streak marks from dog poop still there? So not great. Saw so many people with dogs not picking up poop. Really discouraging. But as far as red roof goes this was decent I suppose. Got a late check out and barely 5 minutes after they were knocking and calling to see if we were staying again. It was Sunday and most people gone so maybe they have squatter issues? Overall not bad and would consider returning or spending more for better quality. But that doesn’t always happen.

The location was pretty convenient with plenty of food and shopping close by. The driveway entrance to the facility was flooded everyday I was there. It really needs to be addressed.
