"Had a good day requested a remote at night for tv as I had my kid with me and there was no remote in the room waited up on a remote for no one to ever show. Told staff in the morning at checkout that no one ever showed they offered me a free coffee might seem little but was kind of frustrating. "

"Did not have any rooms ready. Had to wait 45 minutes to check in. There was a line of about 20 people and I was one of the first ones to get a room. Others had to wait longer"

"Room was smelling really bad, walls' paint in the room is pealing off, sink in the restroom had been broken, I had to remove the drain plug from the sink with my fingers, it wasn't attached to anything and just there to prevent water from draining. Morning was frustrating for the stuff because kitchen wasn't working, no breakfast was available. "

"Room was fantastic! We had a great kitchen and family room are, bedroom was lovely and the bathroom was great! Free breakfast had a great selection and overall clean property. Would stay here again!"

"It’s in a great location. The manager during check in was great. The line was backed up, and he recognized that and apologized for the line and offered wine to help the mood as most people were there for a concert. The front desk staff could have been more energetic but they were still very cordial. Our room was very clean and the AC worked. The only complaint of the room was that the bathroom was dated. The hot water was so so the morning of check out. The other elevators must be fixed. Two operating elevators in a hotel that size is unacceptable. Other small improvements include ceiling tiles that need replaced. Overall, it was a place to sleep but not a place to stay. A little TLC could help improve the property move to a place people want to come back to. "
