This single-story home offers 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom across a comfortable, easy-to-navigate layout. The kitchen comes stocked with cookware, dish ware, and basic appliances for preparing meals at home, and the living area offers a relaxed space to unwind after a day of exploring.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the kitchen, living area, all bedrooms, and bathroom



The Neighborhood:

This home sits in a quiet residential pocket of Reynoldsburg, an eastern Columbus suburb known for its tree-lined streets and easy access to nature. Blacklick Woods Metro Park is just a few minutes away, with hiking and biking trails, a golf course, and the newly opened Canopy Walk, a boardwalk rising 40 feet into the tree canopy. The area also offers casual dining, a movie theater, and everyday shopping along nearby Main Street and E Livingston Ave.



Getting Around:

The home is a short drive from I-70, making it easy to reach downtown Columbus in about 20 minutes. John Glenn Columbus International Airport, Easton Town Center, and Ohio State University are all within a 20–25 minute drive. A car is recommended, as the area is primarily residential and car-dependent.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
