The drive into the property was somewhat inconvenient but, given the location, there is not much that could be done to improve that! Very nice staff!

Hotel would have been nice except the air was broken in our room, so it was sweltering, people were smoking weed and it smelled through the choke hotel. Fire alarms went off randomly at night (probably from the smokers). The breakfast was subpar and the whole breakfast area was messy. No drinks except water and coffee. Was told that they didn’t have anyone to work so that’s why it was unstocked and dirty.

My room was not throughly clean. There was an eyelash on the phone, dog food on floor, stains on the comforter, ripped comforter w/stuffing coming out and a smashed bug on the wall. However, the rest of the property seemed clean and the food choices were good.

Not much to like about this hotel. To begin with, there is only one way to enter and exit. If you want to go left out of the parking lot you have to turn right and turn around in a plaza. The pool was closed but wasn't mentioned at booking. The elevator does a scary bump upon descending. The room was filthy including unknown spatters on the bathroom walls. Dirty tub. Stains on the sheets. Doubt me? I have pictures. The "breakfast" was lousy. Eggs that I'm sure were not actual fresh cracked eggs. The juices were so watered down. Yuk. Sausage and waffles and anything packaged were ok though.

Driveway Entrance and exit are inconvenient. Only can turn right into and out of driveway and only 1 entrance and 1 exit. Big turn off for me because I needed to go left into the drive but had to drive 3 min down the road only to get stuck in traffic and a plaza area only to turn around to enter the hotel. Pool was closed too. Staff was pleasant and rooms were decent and clean.

Needs a lot of repairs and updates. Trash in parking lot, a lot of scuffs in paint, I had a piece of cardboard under my refrigerator in room, wood encasement all scratched up, old carpet that dirty and torn etc

Disappointing stay. Front desk staff was nice but room 105 was not great. Musty smell/air. Mold spots in bathroom and ac unit. Didn’t feel clean. Smoke alarm half hanging from ceiling. Pool was closed which was one of our main reasons for booking here. Would not recommend.

We had a decent stay at this hotel. Somewhat outdated and could use a deep clean. Staff was friendly. A lot to do nearby but the one way in, one way out of the hotel is a not ideal.

Pool was not open due to renovations which I found out have been going on for months. No housekeeping, hardly anyone worked there and the place smelled like Marijuana. It was not a good hotel.

Incredible customer service. Very accommodating and helpful in a timely way. Also, this hotel was clean without resorting to a lot of room deodorizers that I am sensitive to and that I find other hotels use to cover up a dirty environment. I would go back there anytime.

This hotel is run down and dirty. The air conditioner didn't work al all. There were water marks on the ceiling and it was peeling in the bathroom. Stains on the carpet. Walls had been patched and never painted.

The front desk staff was very nice and the breakfast was pretty good. There were even options for people who may not eat sugary or carb fueled food which was nice to see. The AC in the hallway was out. Thecart trolleys were stained and a little dirty. The bathroom was clean exceot for a little build up in the corners. The AC in room worked great. The fridge was iced over butbworked. The microwave worked fine. The lampshade and wall had a few scuff marks and stains but the beds were clean. It was an ok place to stay. Definitely thin walls to where you can hear walking that sounded like stomping in the hallway. Pool was closed. Elevator needs some work (outdated and buttons need fixed) but it did work
