"The rooms were really nice for the price. The property was well maintained. The only thing was there was no continental breakfast but they did have a bistro inside the hotel if you wanted breakfast or dinner."

"Well first of all Expedia screwed up and booked 2 rooms and I didn't realize it until the day of our stay and then I called and the guy at Expedia said the 1 reservation was cancelled but the other one was still good. Well we get to sonesta and both of our rooms were cancelled by Expedia. So the guy at the desk DEMENTRIE was so awesome and got our room reinstated as our daughter had a club volleyball tournament at Columbus convention center the next morning. Then he did an extra special thing for me and my family and made it so much better. He went above and beyond and the rest of the staff were awesome along with the restaurant staff. Sonesta hotel was a great experience. I highly recommend it."
