  • 150' water frontage on the beautiful Holloway Reservoir with private boat dock (bring your boat, the public launch is directly across the street) All sports welcome, the reservoir is the know for boating, jet ski, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, swimming in the summer and fishing year round.

    Great Walleye fishing in the spring and fall. All species of fish year round and ice fishing in the winter. Winter recreations don't end there. Snowmobiling and ice racing on the reservoir in the winter is a guaranteed good time.

    Close to Stepping Stone Falls, Cross Roads Village and the famous Huckleberry Railroad. Near the Holloway Fishing Dam and Wolverine Campeground. Only 25 miles from the famous world renowned city of Frankenmuth Michigan and Bronners the largest Christmas store in the world. Frankenmuth is also home to Splash Village the biggest indoor water park in Michigan.

    Also only 2 miles from Zemmer Park Rec area and multiple small secluded beaches.

    Finally just 2 blocks from the Southern Links Hiking and Biking Trail, The Village Ice Cream and the Downtown Reservoir Bar and Grill. Walking distance to great burgers, sandwiches and ice cold drinks.

    This home was built in 1900. This historic home is filled with character from the fireplace to the stained glass windows you will be surrounded by original features. Three bedrooms and two baths this property can sleep 8. Bedroom ONE located on the 1st floor bedroom has a one queen size bed with an adjoining full bath, Bedroom TWO located on the s2nd floor has two twin beds. Bedroom THREE located on the 2nd floor has one queen size bed and one full size bed. 2nd floor also has a full bath (shower only) and laundry area. Downstairs main living area boast a cozy parlor sitting room, open concept TV room and dining rm off kitchen. This amazing yard offers privacy in the back with a covered patio and bar area as well as a fire pit and the side yard is 150ft of water views with private dock and sitting area. The wrap around covered front porch also offers water views.
