Great stay

Our stay was wonderful. The reservation was easy the check in was fast and the check out was fast as well. They accommodate out breakfast earlier because we were there for military graduation so left really early. And breakfast was sweet out it was awesome.

The property has recently been renovated. The bed was really nice and I had good night sleep. Reception was very helpful and arranged for us to park at another hotel near the stadium. Thank you so much!

The property is old and they've tried to update it with fresh paint and furnishings. It appears they didn't use drop sheets to paint the walls since there is paint splatter on the floors throughout. The beds were very comfy and the sheets were crisp and clean. The dated feeling of the building is very evident, door handles are broken or missing in the units, light switches don't work, etc. But it's a cost effective overnight stay and we felt that the beds were a positive and what we needed for our quick stay.

We were able to do pre-check in. So the check in process was a breeze. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Clean bedsheets. We were surprised and delighted to see that complimentary breakfast. Keep making necessary improvements. It needs to be more handicap parking. Some of the vehicles didn't have have handicap placard.

Upon entering our room, we instantly encountered a horrible smell, like a mixture of dirty feet and stale smoke. When you aren’t a smoker it sure stands out. The bed was very comfy and the pillows as well. I would also put body wash on the wall like your shampoo and conditioner is. Instead it was bar soap, which isn’t a problem when you have something to rest it on in the shower, so it kept falling off the top of the shampoo container and making the condition extra slippery. It worked out fine for us, but anyone elderly probably wouldn’t benefit from this. We have stayed at other Wingate by Wyndham’s and by far the worse one. I won’t mention the breakfast area.

It seemed like that staff try really hard to keep the place clean. Since the moment you step in it smells like bleach or pinesol. But the building needs someone with a knowledge about decoration. the hallway carpets are ridiculous and ugly, the tile work in the showers is really bad the flooring in the bedroom's are loose and smells like humidity in the bedroom's.. And you can hear everything, true the walls and the doors.. the place needs some investment. But so far 2 out of 5

I booked at the last minute. I rely heavily on reviews, so I skimmed them rather quickly and chose this location because of its proximity to an event I was attending. Don't let the "drive up" to the hotel deter you; the hotel is just past that rough patch of road that needs to be paved. The hotel is very clean. You can tell they're renovating, which is perfectly fine. The room I stayed in had the softest linens I've ever experienced in a hotel. The bed and pillows were perfect. The ironing board was still wrapped in plastic, and the hairdryer was still in the box. The room was small but clean. The bathroom was small yet clean. It has Delta shower fixtures. I recommend a soap dish. They have a complimentary breakfast counter with a waffle iron that makes the largest waffles, with extra toppings like strawberries and other fruits, plus syrup. I wish they had butter pats, but they didn't. They also serve microwavable breakfast sandwiches, dry cereal, and Simply Fresh OJ! Also, the front desk is monitoring almost 40 different views of the property on their security system. so Hopefully you won't need to recall anything, but just in case. I would definitely stay there again.
