I didn't stay because the receptionist didn't allow me to stay with my son. We got released from the hospital because my son had brain surgery. We didn't have a document with us, and I asked the wife to text me because our original house is in Joplin MO

Empty food bag and half drank coke sitting in room upon arrival. Doritos on floor. No soap, shampoo, or conditioner in shower (was told this isn’t a “service” offered). Complimentary breakfast was a joke. Deadbolt on door was broken off, moved furniture in front of door for security.

Our reservation was canceled without any warning. The clerk said he called the day before check-in but never left a message. Was in for graduation and was lucky to find another hotel with a room. Will never stay at this not so super 8 again.

Liked? Not much Dislike, no elevator Cleanliness. The stairs weren't vacuumed the three days we stayed Bathroom fan was broke Toilet was loose When i checked out the manage didnt even move from his chair in the other room I could go on but, you get the idea.

A/C didn’t work in the room and could not get ahold of anyone at the front desk to help. The fire alarms kept going off in the middle of the night. Ended up not even staying the full night. Do not Recommend.

The guy that checked us in was only mediocre friendly. Then while we were sleeping, at 3:30am, I wake up to the fire alarms going off! My husband and I rush around grabbing our keys, wallets and and room keys just to get almost to the lobby and find out that someone had pulled the alarms. So we go back to the room. I’m almost back to sleep and they go off again. They shut off immediately. Once again, I’m almost back to sleep and they go off again, but shut off immediately. I will NEVER stay here again! I got a decent deal from Expedia but the stay wasn’t even worth that. The bathroom had gunk on the walls, the shower head was nasty, when I went to turn the water on for the tub I thought I was going to tear the nozzle off the tub, the bed had sheets and a blanket that could have passed for a curtain, or maybe another sheet, there was trash out back. Over all it was just a bad stay.

NO INTERNET OR TV. When I checked in at 4 o’clock front desk told me that there was no Internet or TV and that it would be resolved within the next hour and a half. After two hours, I’ve went back down to ask if it was working and he told me that it would be another hour. I understand that there are some things out of however, to pay $100 for a room with very limited things, and then not be able to provide Internet or TV either seems like a waste of $100. In the future, if someone would tell me that there is not Internet and it will be a fixed. I will simply just take my business elsewhere.

Bath tub had black mold on caulking. I did not shower there. Very strong smell of disinfectant in hallways and room. White stain middle of bed spread. Carpet dirty. TV remote barely worked. Not worth $125 per night in my opinion.

The only thing about this property that was clean was the lobby. I had a 1st floor room that was by an exit door that didn’t latch. The strike plate on the door to my room was not secure and was falling off. The carpet in my room was so dark and dingy, it looked like it has never been shampooed. The chairs in the room had visible dark stains. The comforter on the bed did not look clean and had burn holes in them, and the AC didn’t work. The hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in a week. I didn’t even stay the night, it was nasty and I ended up just driving the rest of the way home. Also, they took $100 dollar deposit for the room….which would make sense if the room wasn’t dirty, the outside doors were secure, etc. 10/10 do NOT recommend this property at all. I should have asked for a refund.

I had drove 13 hours was exhausted I laid down went sleep seen hole in tub and all stuff messed up yellow stains on sheets I didn't report it now they saying they had force themself in room when I left room open. And now there damages that was already there was my fault they ng to charge me 150 more and took 50 deposit saying they had video of room before and after we left

The property itself wasnt bad. Still looks like they are doing work on the building but its been the way for the last 2 years. They charge a $100 deposit for anyone who the consider local, including towns that up to 1 to 1 and half hours away. Plus a $50 deposit if you pay with cash. They do not tell you that til you checkin nor does it list on their website. We paid all the deposits we had to pay (total of $140) amd then the next day they kicked my friend out while i was at work. They said the dog wasnt allowed eventhough we paid the deposit and his name wasnt listed yet at checkin they never asked his name and they knew about the dog. Sèems like they want to take your money but not provide the services which we paid for

When I was arrive, I’ll see the front desk guys. They explain to another older lady very nicely and after I am checking, they show me correct direction to the room. Staff is very friendly and the property is renovated nicely new furniture bed it’s awesome.

I will never stay at this property again….cheaper is not always better….we had 2 rooms on separate floors…..they both was dirty…..the first night we found bed bugs & roaches in one of the rooms & the other one was freezing cold…..so we checked out of one room the first night…..the second night we found bed bugs in the room that was freezing cold…..should’ve checked out of both rooms the first night….but will never stay at this property again

Really?!
Started with no elevator, carry luggage upstairs. Tv was not working so I went to call the office. Phone won’t work, staff said it’s not the TV it’s a channel.. told me I could call the station myself? Tried to take a shower little bit of water trickles out very difficult to rent so your hair. Down in the teens overnight had no blanket just a sheet and a lightweight bedspread, cover thinner than the sheet. The sidewalk was salted but not the parking lot. I’ll just walking 5 feet into the parking lot. I went in asking for a place to sit till I could thaw a little bit.. the man at the desk went and pulled up to the sidewalk. Which was very kind. But then I could not walk around it to get in, so I called in on the passenger side and went over the consul to be able to drive away, I will not be back, oh and another customer was looking for a soda machine. All they had was one Mountain Dew behind the counter. I know it’s an old building, but that was just ridiculous.
