There are 3 cameras on the exterior of the property. A doorbell camera that has a view of the front of the home and the driveway. A mounted camera on the front exterior of the home overlooking the driveway and the street. A mounted camera on the back exterior of the home overlooking the pool.

Please note that the thermostat is on a set schedule. It will automatically kick on heat and AC at a certain temperature. If you would like to have the temperature changed, please message us and we can change it remotely.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

Review

The house was fine. Clean and neighborhood was safe. Hot water barely worked. Some outlets didn’t work and one of the shower heads spewed water all over the bathroom. The biggest issue was climate control with the google thermostats. The owner had the thermostats locked up and we had to try to communicate to them to adjust the temp. No one answers the 800 number and we used chat. First adjustment took 12 hours to get owner to adjust. It reset at night to original settings. It was a prolonged and constant process. If you don’t want guests to control thermostat then you must be very responsive. The owner was not. This made the stay difficult for our family. We have used Vrbo many times and NEVER had to communicate just to adjust temp.
