My boyfriend had left for work and someone knocked on the door around 10:48 I told them don’t open the door. Then the lady down stairs behind the front desk came up and opened the door without knocking with me not having on any pants she saw me naked. How disgusting ! You also could have potentially if not already exposed me to other people . You did not initiate a refund told me to after pleading that you were sorry for 15 minutes and calling people on the phone. I told you I was going to call the police. I called Expedia they said that your company did not answer the phone so at that point I filed a police report. When the police came he stated that you said you made contact with Expedia for me. I’m not aware of what was said. You broke your contract and broke my trust. I feel exposed. You should have never saw me naked. Then you tried to lie and say that the tv was on no it was not. I told the lady not to open the door then you came up and just opened the door. I didn’t need excuses or lies. I told you that apology was not accepted and that you should be careful because someone else might not be as nice as I was.
No pants on or underwear on for the world to see you should be apologizing . I CALLED THE POLICE ON YOU! You should all be ashamed of yourself. Sorry doesn’t fix the distress!

The management at this hotel shares the occupant list with the local sheriffs department(Lexington County, Springdale, West Columbia) so they can run the names for warrants. Violation of 4th Amendment as of 2015.
City of Los Angeles v. Patel, was a significant Fourth Amendment ruling.
Summary of the Ruling
On June 22, 2015, the Supreme Court, in a 5-4 decision, held that a Los Angeles ordinance requiring hotel operators to make their guest registries available to police officers for inspection on demand, without a warrant or an opportunity for pre-compliance judicial review, was facially unconstitutional under the Fourth Amendment.
It was very dirty the room had weed roaches on the floor, dirty towels with burgers or something on them. Disgusting. All you hear all night is the freeway and sirens or the drivers and hookers next to you as another highlight.
Possibly the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. While apparently clean overall, the bathroom door had stab marks at breast height and what appeared to be a bloody fingerprint, and the bottom had been kicked in. The HVAC was very beat up and sounded like an airplane engine after it started. We paid for four people and when I asked in the morning for two more towels (only two had been supplied), the manager said aggressively that it was policy only to give out two and we could complain to the booking agent. Hence this review. Avoid!
The room key wouldnt unlock the door. It took 2 trips to the office before the cperk came with her master key card thing to get the door to unlock. We had no issues after that wirh the door, but were worried every time we left the room (we traveled with a dog so there were a lot of trips outside) that we wouldnt be able to get back in.
The bathroom light wouldnt come on after multiple tries. The clerk came back to room and tried several times, saying that sometimes they haveto flip it repeatedly for it to come on. My husband is an electrician and said that means its a bad connection. The clerk got her aint/owner to come to roo.. They finally got light on ( fan automatically comes on with it) then said not to turn it off.
Tv didnt work. At that point, we were tired and didnt bother going back to the clerk as it was late in the evening and we had to be up for a 4am flight.
Heat also didn't work properly. Temp actually DROPPED in the room when we turned the heat on. We slept fully clothed in hoodies and jeans to stay warm.
DON'T stay here. This was by far the worst hotel I've ever seen. I booked room at 2:14 online I pulled into parking lot at exactly 5:33 pm dashcam and Google maps verified. I spent approximately 15 minutes checking in and another 15 minutes approximately bringing in all of our valuables and walking the dog this puts the current time at approximately 6:03pm. As soon as I walked in the room it reaked of cigarettes and the dresser drawer under the TV was full of cigarette ashes. I immediately went to the front desk and told them so I would not be charged for smoking in the room since I had signed a paper stating if I smoked I would be fined. I go back to the room and my wife is pissed. She said this is the most disgusting room she has ever been in. There were dirty sweat stains all over the sheets, literally dirty shoe prints on the sheets, some kind of pink liquid on the sheets as well as the floor, live electric wires with no cover over them missing light bulbs in lamps that any child could touch the socket on,one almost empty roll of toilet paper with no extra roll, poop smears on the wall along with other disgusting who knows what on the walls throughout the room, literally about 1/8 of an inch of dust on top of the TV and headboard I could sit here all day typing out everything wrong. Long story short they wouldn't even give a set of sheets to change out the other disgusting ones. Theyflat lied saying I checked in at 2:14. They refused to refund my money but we left anyway.
