Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom in the Heart of Columbia

  • Location is arguably the best in town
    It is a short walk to two of our favorite restaurants and a good coffee place.

    Everything that you might need for your stay in town is probably going to be close by.
    There is ample parking , and Faurot Field is 1.8 miles away.
    The condo reminds us of a Little Brown Stone and our time spent in NYC, hence the name.

    It is a freshly renovated space designed around the intent to make it the most comfortable place for you to spend your time in Columbia.

Quite condo with lots to offer.

Modern condo in a good location, we found it close to many nice restaurants, bars, grocery store and quick service food options. It was really close to Mizzou athletic fields too, Once inside its updated in modern style with everything you need. Upstairs were 3 bedrooms and 2 full nice bathrooms, Plenty of room for 6 guest. I would stay here again.
