Minutes from DT, The Vista, Riverbanks Zoo, USC, Palmetto Hospitals, Township Auditorium, Colonial Life Arena, FT Jackson & all interstates. Blocks from Earlewood Park with walking trails, dog parks and a frisbee golf course.
Welcome to this spacious apartment located in a multi family home. There is a lot of room here for you and all your guests to be comfortable and feel at a home. There is an open floor plan, so the living quarters area is a great space to make memories and spend time with one another. Enjoy the natural light with all of the large windows.
The Living room has a large sectional sofa offering plenty of seating for everyone. There is a 55” Smart TV for you to watch your favorite TV shows or movies on. The kitchen is bright and modern with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous floating shelves. The subway tile and black hardware makes this space feel clean and inviting. The kitchen island offers additional seating for 2 with barstools provided. Next to the large window is a dining room table with seating for up to 4.
The Primary bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed made with clean, comfortable sheets for you to get a good nights sleep on. There is a SmartTV mounted in this room for you to be able to watch your favorite programs before bed. The end stands and lamps give you the option to kick back and relax with a book if you prefer to unwind that way. There is a dresser for you to unpack all of your clothes and make yourself at home. There is a private bathroom located right off of the king bedroom. In this bathroom is a stand up shower with stunning tile work and a single vanity for you to unpack all of your bathroom essentials.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are furnished with queen beds. These beds are also made with clean, comfortable sheets for your guests to get a good nights rest as well. There are dressers in each room for them to be able to unpack all of their belongings, as well as end stands with lamps to unwind before bed.
Bathroom 2 is shared between bedrooms 2 and 3. There is a a gorgeous tiled shower in this bathroom with modern hardware and beautiful tile floors. There is a single vanity in this bathroom as well.
Bedroom 4 has a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath. These beds also have clean, comfortable sheets for your guests. In this space there is a desk available for any business travel.
Bathroom 3 is located right off of bedroom 4. This bathroom has a shower/bath combo which is perfect for anyone traveling with kids who prefer to take a bath. There is a cabinet available for you to put away any bathroom essentials while you are staying here.

There is a camera on the front of the property pointing towards the front yard. It is NOT active. The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

This was exactly what we needed for a College Football family weekend in Columbia. Reminds me of a college apartment set up. Clean and comfortable, everything wee needed. Owners directions were spot on and great communication.

Just what we needed
We enjoyed our stay during our son's graduation. Comfy beds, large kitchen, and good parking in back.We would stay again and recommend it.
The area was quiet with adequate parking space, not a lots of room for outdoor activities however we did make the best of what we had.
The dwelling was fairly comfortable with the exceptions of low hot water pressure in the bathrooms and beds that could have used new mattresses. Overall we made it work.
The house is really nice and clean. I would definitely stay again. The only problem I had was requesting a late checkout of only 2 hours. I kept getting a response to request it the morning of departure. Since checkout is at 10:00 am it didn’t make any sense. I did request it at 8:00 am and still received the same response.
Our stay at this location was very pleasant. The owner was easy to communicate with and the property pictures represented it well. The check in and out was very easy. We had ages 24-95 and all were comfortable as we enjoyed celebrating a graduation from The University of South Carolina.
I have only 2 constructive comments: watch out for the kitchen faucet, it needs to hand misaligned so that the user doesn't get drenched; there is an apartment overhead and the walking noise is noticeable. This wasn't a real issue for us.
The house was generally clean with a comfortable master bed, plenty of towels, and basic toiletries. The location was decent, though not walkable, with ample off-street parking.However, the kitchen was poorly stocked for 8 people—only a few plates, 4 forks, and bowls, and outdated pots and pans. We ended up buying extra supplies, including a pot to cook with since one of the 2 here was rusty. There were also no kid friendly cups, so we used Solo cups. The cooking utensils were in poor condition.The Wi-Fi and cell service were terrible, making remote work impossible. The house seemed cheaply renovated, with uneven floors and a wobbly kitchen table. Showers pooled water, and hot water took a long time to heat up.There were temperature control issues, and noisy neighbors (barking dog, church bell) and cars on the gravel driveway kept us up.It’s fine for a short stay, but if you plan to cook, bring extra supplies. The lack of decent kitchen tools and poor internet made it less ideal for us.

A Decent Stay in Columbia
This is the bottom floor of a house that has been made into a triplex. I did not feel like that was represented in the property’s listing, and it was not what I was picturing when the description said “apartment.”
The inside of the space was clean. The photos definitely make it look much more upscale than it does in person. But it is still a nice enough space, and it was very nice for three of us friends to stay together and each have our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen sink made a horrendously loud noise when turned on. And there was only one wine glass in the place, which was odd and a bit frustrating. The toilet paper holder in the master bath was about to fall off the wall. And it was just rather dark in the entire space.
The gravel parking area was sizable, which was nice for the parking of multiple cars off the street. But it was rather junky, with trash and other random debris.
The house is not far from downtown, so we were able to get to restaurants and such with ease. I wouldn’t consider the neighborhood one I’d just like to stroll around, though. But if you are not looking for luxury and just need a decent place to stay in Columbia, this will work for you!
A group of us were in for the Masters. The location is close to food and entertainment, the checkin/out process was seamless and the house is exactly as advertised. I would stay here again.
Stayed here with several friends and had a great time. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Good open kitchen/living area. Also, easy to get to anywhere in town.
The property was great. Had a lot of room. There was eight of us, offstreet parking in the back nice and big with gravel. Can hang out there as well. Very close to Fort Jackson.
Location was great for commuting to and from Fort Jackson (about 20 minutes one way). We were in town for our son’s graduation. The host was so incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. The place is in an old house so it has all the old feels (uneven floors, no vents in bathrooms). We also had some bugs join us (big roaches and flies in the shared bathroom). Furniture was not very comfortable. The dining set was uncomfortable, the couch left a lot to be desired. Arm rest had no cushion left so it was hollow and hard. But it served its purpose for our stay and fit my family of 8 easily. We were able to bring our soldier over graduation day and cook him a nice home cooked meal. Oh yea, the kitchen can use a blender!
Come for our sons graduation at Ft. Jackson. Great location to get to Fort Jackson. We had 4 families. Everyone had plenty of room, and the house as is in pictures. Very comfortable!! We enjoyed our stay here. Owners are very responsive and we had no trouble at all. Would definitely stay again. If you stay eat at the Blue Marlin. If your going to eat anywhere nice after graduation, makes reservations at least a week or 2 in advance.

Needs some loving
The property, although clean, is quite old. Many of the doors stick and are hard to open, the floor is wavy and there isn’t a lot of updated anything. The water pressure bathrooms is subpar. It’s nice that it has four bedrooms, but the bathrooms are set up kind of strange. Two rooms to share one bathroom and the room with a twin has his own bathroom. Probably an OK value for the price, but we would not stay here again.
I enjoyed my stay overall, less than a mile from the hospital! Communication with property manager was good, discussed issues I noticed upon check-in & sent photos as suggested. Very spacious apartment, only one dish towel in kitchen, I’m used to there being more especially with amount of guests when I booked the property. Could have used more lighting where rear parking area is, it was very dark, at times. Great for large family, friends, or other guests! Gave 4 stars overall!
We were looking for a place not too far away from Ft Jackson for our sons graduation. When we were looking we weren't sure how many of our friends and family would be staying with us, so we booked this awesome 4 BR unit, that was the downstairs part of a duplex. We couldn't have been more thrilled. The communications with the owner were perfect and timely. From check-in, making sure we got our code for the door, following up to see if we needed anything, being timely, and courteous in all the messages. If you are looking for a place that's not to far from Gate 2 at Ft Jackson, and near the downtown area, this is a must stay. Great rates, very happy with our stay from booking to checkout.
