"The best thing about our stay was how peacefully quiet it was. The room was too dark even with the lights on even though the lamps worked but were broken. Breakfast was meh, add grits to the menu."

"No one at reception noticed 2 people out front vaping. It was the front desk person and another employee. She was very rude and unable to properly explain the pet policy. Told us to leave if we didn't like it. And refused to call the manager when requesting it. Said she didnt want to. Several people hanging out in parking lot with laptops for long periods of time that were not guest. There are so many hotels surrounding this one I wouldn't pick one that's run this unprofessionally."

"Front desk staff was wonderful. I was in and out without issue. Check in was a sinch. Miesha texted to check in on me to make sure my stay was sufficient. I will always choose this location whenever I am in this area."

"Not your typical hotel.... Provides a unique localized feel.... borders the USC campus giving it a great location....stayed here with business colleagues and everyone enjoyed the experience "

"Staff were not helpful at check in or several times when trying to get clean towels delivered to the room. They said they would bring to the room but never showed up. Then they said just pick up at the desk when we got back. When we did that, then they said we needed to bring the dirty ones down to exchange. But they couldn't bring to the room. No hair dryer in the room and apparently not anywhere in the hotel. Huge dead bug in corner of room. Each night of our stay, we were treated to endless knocking on walls and doors, loud voices, and on the last night a domestic dispute that probably should have had the police involved. Swimming pool was closed 2 of 3 nights we were there. Pancake machine was not working at least one of the days and the sausage gravy looked like it was the same from the day before. Beds and pillows were decent and we did at least sleep well."

"The cleaner they use on the floors is slimy. No wi-fi the entire weekend. Loud banging above. No tv couldn’t even watch a movie on my phone because it just kept buffering. Yes I called the front desk and they were no help. They didn’t even bother to ask me how my stay was when I checked out. I should have been compensating some way. "
