Graduation trip

We have stayed here before, and really enjoyed it. The rooms are always nice , very clean. We were in a wheelchair accessible room. The bathroom floor was cracked, that was only thing that was not great. Staff is super friendly and the ladiea who do breakfast are very nice and keep up with food and coffee.

I like the fact that the property was dog friendly. I was a bit nervous about bringing our dog but there was no problem at all. This was one of the best hotels my family has stayed in. Our room was cleaned every day and with fresh towels every day, too. I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed for 2 weeks. Our room was cleaned every day but 1. There is a large buffet 😋 breakfast everyday. It was perfectly splendid! On the 1st floor, there is a coffee/tea/cocoa bar. The only problem was the hot water for tea and cocoa was lukewarm at best. I would always have to heat it up in the room microwave. The pool is small but beautifully clean. The chairs around the pool were incredibly comfortable. Only 1 day there were no towels. I would say everything was grand except the pool bathroom was messy and without toilet paper most days. We love it at this hotel and will be back. The 2 ladies at the reservation desk were so friendly, professional and helpful. All the kitchen workers and room cleaners were friendly and did such a nice job.

The Rooms-Bad Condition

The room was dirty and the sheets were stained. When we arrived in our room we noticed that the bathroom was not clean, the carpet was lifting and when we pulled back the sheets there was a brown colored spot on the sheets. We told them that the bathroom was dirty and they sent someone immediately to clean the bathroom but when we told them about the sheets, they told us to come down and get them. The sheets they gave us had a brown spot on them also. So my husband went back down to the reception desk to get another set of sheets. Each day we had to ask for towels and washcloths. The hotel is a little over 2 years old so we did not expect the conditions on the room.
