"Where does the staff hide? Breakfast? What about coffee? Went downstairs three times, and coffee container was empty. Last time, when staff brought “new” one out, it filled 3 small coffee cups!!! Staff behind counter would only say, “we’re making some.” They were not helpful at all!"
