The house and property were beautiful and relaxing. Very convenient to Glacier which we drove into daily. We loved making a fire in the fireplace every night and the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the house very quiet. The bunk room area is a separate unit off the garage which was no issue for us with older kids, but something to be aware of if you are using it for small children. Would love to stay here again if we are in the area.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home is lovely and on a spacious land that my group thoroughly enjoyed. When we arrived to the property, the house had not been fully cleaned up to a 5 star standard, but the host was extremely responsive and handled the issue right away in a very professional manner.
The house and property were wonderful - it was lovely to be situated out of the way directly on the Flathead River, but still very close to amenities in Columbia Falls and Whitefish, with easy access to Glacier National Park. Great home for a big group. Host was very responsive to questions.
We had a great time staying at the "Flathead River Retreat." The property was well-maintained, clean, and beautiful. Great views of the river, surrounding mountains, and wildlife. And the location was very convenient. Topping it off, we had a great experience working with the property manager. They communicated well and were responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
We were a group of friends preparing to start a 2 week trip on the Continental Divide Trail from the Canadian to the Mexican Border. This home was absolutely perfect, plenty of room, stunning location on the river and close to town. I recommend this home to anyone. We have just finished the CDT and now have time to give a review and reflect on a great journey that started at the Flathead River Retreat. Thanks for the stay.
