Beautiful Family Friendly Home Close to GNP!

Conveniently located at the Gateway to Glacier in the Flathead Valley. Peace, quiet, and stunning mountain views in every direction make this the perfect place to relax unwind after a day exploring Glacier National Park. Large yard and private outdoor stone patio with seating and gas grill allows you to enjoy our Montana summers with breathtaking views of the Swan Mountain Range. This beautiful 3000 sq ft four bedroom, four bath home has multiple living areas so everyone has plenty of space.

On the main floor you will find a well appointed kitchen/living area with open concept and updated features. Separate dining room with seating for eight, king suite with walk in shower and jetted tub, laundry and an additional bathroom with stand up shower. Second story has one queen and one king bedroom, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and small living space with couch and TV. In the basement there is another queen bedroom, full bath with tub/shower combo and large living space with sectional couch, TV and game area with ping pong and air hockey table. The house is located on 3 private acres along with a small studio short-term rental and private residence. Plenty of parking and shared outdoor space. Enjoy easy access to all the beauty Flathead valley has to offer. Whether it be skiing at Whitefish or Black Tail Mountain, hunting, fishing, rafting, hiking, or just enjoying the local shops and artisans. The location is only 5 minutes from Columbia Falls, 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to the west entrance of GNP, 20 minutes to Whitefish, 20 minutes to Kalispell, and 25 minutes to Bigfork and the north shores of Flathead Lake.

Best to rent a car
We would appreciate you being at least 25 yrs old to rent. A respectful quiet time needs to be observed after 10 and before 8 . No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house. No driving on the yard. Gatherings only allowed with permission. Note: If damage exceeds damage deposit coverage, `Guest` will be personally responsible for any and all additional cost. Bear spray is to be used AT OWN RISK, coolers and extra things left by the host for your use are to be left for the next guest or the cost of replacement will be deducted from deposit. If not checked out on time or excessive cleaning needed guest may be charged additional cleaning fees.

The home was beautiful and comfortable for our group that included four related families (8 people). The host provided excellent recommendations and information about the area and thoughtful basket of snacks. The home was well equipped and included everything we needed to prepare meals. The home is an easy 20 minute drive to the west entrance of Glacier NP.

Columbia Falls house

This was a beautiful house that was conveniently located for our family to explore the west side of GNP. The property manager and the owner were both terrific to deal with. We were truly sad to leave.

Great Location and Host

The spaces work incredibly well. The hosts are very helpful and accommodating. Everything is well stocked and well thought out. We’ve been to many, many home rentals and this is just well done in every respect.

Great spot!

Comfortable and clean home for our trip to Glacier National Park. The home is conveniently located to the west entrance to the park, Whitefish and the airport. The patio with grill was fantastic and a great way to enjoy meals. Would definitely return!

Luxury vacation home with giant yard and mountain view

The house is beautiful and well above most vacation rentals. The property gives a true vacation feel with mountain back drop and huge yard and open area for wildlife to wander by. The basement bedroom is a log cabin feel but very loud knocking noise from the water pipes above made it hard to sleep.

Ideal home in lovely setting

This is a lovely, well-equipped home for our three generation family vacation in Montana. The owner anticipated all family needs for entertainment with lawn games as well as pingpong table and multiple games for indoors.The location is ideal, with quick access to the West Entrance of Glacier National Park, the airport, good restaurants and grocery stores.

Beautiful home

Our family recently stayed in this beautiful home. The home was spacious and great for our family. We had ages from 90 to 11 years old. The kids loved the gameroom in the basement. The location was perfect for visiting Glacier National Park, Whitefish and Kalispell. The kitchen was well equipped so it made our meal time prep a breeze. The attention to the small details made our stay perfect.

A Hidden Gem Near Glacier National Park. We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home nestled just minutes from the Lake McDonald area of Glacier National Park. The location couldn’t be more perfect—easy access to hiking trails, scenic drives, and the home itself made every day an adventure.The house is stunning, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen is impressively well-equipped, making it a joy to cook meals after long days exploring. One of the most magical parts of our stay was the wildlife. We spotted white-tail deer grazing on the lawn in the mornings as well as the evenings and a field with elk 5 miles down the road. It truly felt like we were immersed in nature without sacrificing comfort.If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with all the amenities and a front-row seat to Montana’s natural beauty, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Retreat

Our family of 8 easily felt at home in this house. The kitchen and living room are open for gatherings and discussions while making meals. Huge open basement with a ping pong table, which was fun! Working with the property manager was easy, efficient, and flexible. I highly recommend this property if you plan to visit Columbia Falls, Kalispell, or even Whitefish, as it’s only a 15 minute drive.

Beautiful Home

Great stay at this beautiful house. The property was incredible, with amazing mountain views. Deer visited us in the yard numerous times during our 6 day stay. The owner quickly responded when we asked a question. The welcome basket was a nice treat. She even had bear spray available for us to use, (luckily we did not need). The bedroom set up was really nice, though the bathroom shower off the laundry room is very tiny (like a cruise ship), making it a little difficult for some to shower.

Beautiful View & Home

After a fun-filled day of exploring GNP, we thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside looking at the mountains. The home was lovely with plenty of living space for a group of 7. The host was very responsive and helpful. We definitely enjoyed the goodies provided. Nice touch. Although Montana is a LOT cooler than Mississippi, the home did get too warm at times. Overall, we loved our stayed and would stay again if the opportunity arises for another trip to Montana.

Epic Annual National Park Adventure near Glacier

We had an exceptional experience that exceeded our expectations at this lovely home. Not only was it the perfect location for all of our planned explorations in our beautiful surroundings, the accommodations were well-appointed and truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully arranged by the owner and property manager (even items like a cooler, icepacks and Bear Spray were available for us to borrow) , making our time there comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature while enjoying the comforts of home. We stay in a VRBO rental for our family annual trips and this home was the best we have ever stayed in! After our long days in the park, we loved coming back to our home base. We would definitely stay again in the future.

From the moment we walked in we all knew we’d be happy in this home for the week. It comes with everything you need to live in beautiful Columbia Falls. It’s located conveniently to Glacier, DT Columbia Falls, FCA (Kalispell Airport), and with 30 minutes of Kalispell shopping area. The place was super clean and efficiently laid out. Everything you need is there and more. The host is so kind and accommodating. Very responsive. Once we got food we had a perfect base camp for Glacier National Park. So many great memories made. Come with your family and enjoy Montana living. Make sure you go to the Brash Rodeo on Thursday nights during the summer. It felt like the whole town was there.

Excellent property. House is beautiful. Location is really good. 10 mins to Whitefish. Around 15-20 to Kalispell. Multiple grocery stores close by. Easy to get wherever you need to go. Scenery is great no matter where you drive. Backyard is great. Nice sitting area and it is big enough for kids to play. Inside house is really nice. Furniture is comfortable and well kept. Beds slept great. Finished basement was comfortable and had a nice sectional. Really nice property overall and would stay there again.
