"Like: very remote, quiet area; check-in after hours was available; soaps, etc., etc were nice. Dislike: rain VERY loud on metal roof; key wasn’t there when we arrived; some bugs in cabin; no fan in bathroom - everything within could be heard outside of bathroom"

"Nice wood cabin, in a beautiful spot. There's was no wifi (it wasn't a surprise but it's rare and would be nice to add..) There was nothing to do with the TV because there was no cable to. Bed matress where confortable and it was nice to have 6 places for the kids. There was many spiderwebs and the cleaning could be better. "

"No code was ever sent to check in, the cabin was just unlocked. Not used or cleaned in a while. Spider webs everywhere. 2 half dollar size spiders in the tub. No wifi. No curtain on door right by sink to brush teeth etc. Zero privacy. Not even a checker board or newspaper to occupy kids. No fan in bathroom made it very steamy, and could barely change in the tiny shower/toilet area. Screw actually sticking out through wall in these rushed together cabins. Unless you want to get the bare bones,...

"Quiet and serene cabin had all the amenities and was beyond beautiful, very clean, outside porch chairs to watch the beautiful view of the sunset. Mary Jane was an awesome and friendly host. Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"My wife and I felt very lucky to have found The Miners Den which is a very new creation of a great proprietor who really cares about your experience.The hand built cabin is gently fitted to the landscape of balsam firs and hardwoods with a light touch.It reminded me of the few small cabins in the White Mountains you find along the trails.Everything you need less food is provided.For a couple in their sixties with a friendly dog we will be excited to get back there and see what’s happening.Oh...

"It’s name says it all. A perfectly sized, literal “bed room” in the middle of the woods. The fire pit had wood all ready for me to use. If you were to come in the winter, the tiny home has a wood stove to use as well."

"Great rustic lodging. Helpful and friendly host. Beautiful area and close to many hiking trails in parks and preserves. Highly recommended if you want simple, rustic lodging with comfortable accommodations (nice bed, everything needed for a compact kitchen to prepare meals, and nice picnic table for eating outdoors). "Quiet and Secluded. We had a great time sitting around the fire, great memories, very clean, The kids had a great time. The top bunk mattress was fine for my 8 year old but would have been a bit stiff for me. My older son slept on the futon he loved it. Plenty of towels, The water heater is a small one but we could each get nice hot showers if we waited a bit between. It would reheat quickly for the next shower. "

"Nice secluded stay. Had deer walk within view. Location was great, about an hour from Acadia National Park and about the same distance from Campobello. Floor plan is spacious for a tiny home."
