"All was great"

"Everything was good except breakfast was MIA on the second night of our stay. One apple and there were two of us staying. No other fruit. No yogurt in the fridge, no eggs or sausage. Just cold cereal and milk and gravy. We got to breakfast 15 minutes prior to breakfast end so plenty of time where more eggs and sausage should have been prepared and offered. No one was in site to speak to about it. Very disappointing!"

"Enjoyed our stay at the Voco. Perfect location. Rooms were clean and updated nicely. Very unique hotel with taphouse bar and Glenn's Cafe restaurant. We will definitely visit again!"

"Staff were great; breakfast very weak; room comfortable; condition poor(tub faucet would not turn all the way off and dripped, several electrical outlets didn’t work, see photos for rest)."

"Checked in late in the evening. Dirty used bandaids on the bathroom floor. No covers on the blankets. Dusty, smelly just not a place you want to rest your head."

"I can’t say enough about the people who work at this hotel. I accidentally booked two rooms for 1 night instead of 1 room for two nights. Expedia didn’t want to help me but after calling the hotel they let me know how to get around this and worked to make sure I got things corrected without having to pay for the extra room as Expedia said I would have to. "

"Couldn’t check in until 7 because room was still “vacant dirty “ when we arrived at 4 which was check in time . Staff and manger didn’t care ."
