  • At 9,100’ elevation on 80 peaceful acres surrounded by aspen trees, it overlooks beautiful Skagway Reservoir (great trout fishing lake and excellent for canoeing or small boats) located 12 miles from Cripple Creek, and approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from western Colorado Springs. It's the perfect place to veg out and relax, or it can be a great spot to come home to at the end of a long day of hiking and exploring!
