    The host was very communicative, location was great for our needs. Beds were comfortable and lots to enjoy with a family, TV rooms, pool table, sauna and a large driveway for parking.

    I'm not sure to go back to this property

    The house is beautiful and has spotless interiors, practically new bathrooms, very comfortable beds, and a nice, spacious kitchen. Only the basement bedroom had a lot of dust and trash under the sofa bed, and the blankets were a bit stained. It was a safe, quiet neighborhood, and almost everything was fine except for the HOT TUB, WHICH WAS UNAVAILABLE, which is ironic since it was the property's main attraction. Also, the grass wasn't mowed, so we couldn't use the patio or other yard amenities. So, if you decide to rent this property, be sure to contact the host to inquire about using the hot tub and cleaning the yard. Since I wasn't able to use half the house and didn't receive a refund for the inconvenience, be aware that the host will ask you to do some light cleaning, which isn't mentioned in the listing, in addition to a hefty cleaning fee. He said he wasn't aware of the situation, but come on, he's the host, and he didn't make sure the yard was clean and the hot tub was working.

    This rental was in a run down neighborhood that does not feel safe. The backyard is overgrown with weeds all over. The fire pit poses a fire hazard due to the amount of weeds and overgrown foliage. The hot tub was not usable due to poor maintenance. It was very dirty, not clean at all for use. The kitchen dishes were not clean and the cabinets where the pots and pans are stored had crumbs of food all over. There was nasty trash and clothing in the garage. For safety, I would not recommend this rental.
