About this property

Pikes Peak, Cripple Creek, Col. Springs, Breckenridge, Fossil beds, mountains

  • Private studio Casita (connected by 20ft patio in back of home), full bath, hot tub (yours during your stay). Separate entry (sidewalk around house, threw gate, please keep closed). Lots of parking (left side, by sidewalk and " Welcome sign"). I do have a dog Parker, but he is friendly (please let me know if this concerns you, I'll keep him away )🙂. Picnic table, great views (1mile long gravel loop road for morning hike) , bbq grill, 2- mountain bikes for riding on the many miles of gravel roads in CME, wildlife, peaceful. Queen bed, hutch, TV, DVD, kitchenette (full fridge, sink, micro, coffee maker, etc..), dining area and living area . Yard games, gazebo ( with gas heat). This is my home, so we will be in backyard from time to time. 30 minutes +/- to Pikes Peak, Cripple Creek (Casinos, underground Gold mine tours, Steam train), Fossil bed National Park, Wolf and Wildlife preserve, Cave of the winds, Garden of the God's park.
