Peaceful and adorable cottage
- This studio cottage is on a quiet hill behind my home. It was remodeled when I bought the property and is cozy and peaceful place to stay if you are visiting Manitou Springs and the surrounding area. It has a modern kitchen with a granite countertop, an oversized walk in shower, and a nice deck. It is 5 min walking from downtown and a 15 min walk to the Incline, Cog Railway, and many hiking trails. It has off-street parking or a visitor parking pass available.

This is a very peaceful and quiet location overlooking Manitou Springs. A 5 minute walk to downtown and all the shops. My host Sandy was very helpful and friendly. The lovely deck is a great place to read, watch for wildlife or simply enjoy the view.
