Cute house

Nice house but steep stairs for older people as well as difficult shower to use for older people. Nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Beware if no air conditioning when it is hot outside. Great yard and kitchen.

Last minute trip

We had a last minute trip to Colorado, I would like to say Colorado Springs is my absolute favorite area in Eastern CO. I would say this property is all location, location, location. Perfectly located near downtown, Garden of the Gods & mountain activities, We walked to coffee both mornings and to dinner one night. I would absolutely stay here again just for the location. The property could use some updates, but if you are looking for a place to sleep after you spend your days outdoors then this is the place.

It's not a terrible place, but for the money we expected better. There is no AC, downstairs rental has very little noise insulation. It is reasonably clean and maintained so I would have been satisfied with a reasonable price.

Group stay to prepare for Tough Mudder

Group of 10 friends stayed overnight to avoid a long drive the morning of the Tough Mudder. We had a slight hiccup when checking in as renters of one of the other units had been confused which unit was theirs. Upon learning the other renters had been in our unit, the property mgmt team quickly dispatched the cleaning crew to re-clean the property to ensure it was spotless for our stay. The close proximity to restaurants, shopping and of course the Tough Mudder venue makes this an ideal location. Will definitely be reserving for next year’s race.

Baseball Trip

Dustin was accessible and prompt regarding reservations and check-in. The property itself is on a corner, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy, and the property was easy to get to. House was very clean, and towels, washcloths, etc. were laid out on each bed. Huge kitchen with modern appliances. It is worth noting that there is not a downstairs shower or tub, so elderly or mobility challenged may have difficulty getting upstairs for a bath. It is also worth noting that if you chose to visit in July or August, there is not central air-conditioning; although Dustin did have semi-portable room air conditioners accessible. It was a great stay, great property, and recommended highly.

Location was great. Owner did get back to me but delayed, and didn't fully read what I was asking for/about. Firepit has to be lifted out of the brick enclosure if you want to be able to open the door and read the instructions on how to use. Bathroom lights in master never worked, decent amount of stains throughout house. No extra trash bags for help with garbage, minimal cups and only 2 dining room chairs which doesn't make sense to me. Appreciated the laundry facilities. It was ok for our needs, but can't see renting here again.

It was clean. Beds were comfy although one of the queen beds was in that would normally be a study. The dining table only had two dining chairs. The living room furnishings were showing signs of wear but comfortable enough. Upstairs was nice although the stairs are a bit on the steep side. The lights over the sink in the on suite master bathroom were out. There was an overhead light so it was okay. There were 5 of us and two dogs. There was a nice side yard fenced for the dogs but it is shared with other guests. For us this was not a problem. Check-in info was not provided until the first day of the rental. It would have been better to get it a day or two early. The location was very quiet and quite nice. As the title says, it was okay.

Nice renovation and was clean. Large kitchen but not fully equipped for those who like to cook. Couldn’t find any extra blankets so our 2 Colorado nights were cold. Needs new towels and sheets. Sorry to hear after the fact that the 2 sided fireplace was out of order. Entertainment was easy to access.

This was a great place to stay while visiting family in the area. There was plenty of space to accommodate 2 families. The house was very clean, had good space for hanging out, and had a great kitchen. It was also close to great restaurants and the downtown area, including a great jogging trail.

A beautifully updated Victorian.

Most rentals don’t come close to offering spacious and comfortable bedrooms like these. We really enjoyed our stay.
