Green Mountain Falls is a small mountain town community with a lot of history. It features a small fishing pond in the city center close to three restaurants. Great cabin for visiting CO springs and surrounding areas
We really enjoyed our stay here! The property is very well kept and clean! The location was great for us as we had several things we wanted to do in the surrounding areas from CO spring all the way to Canon City. Would stay again.

We loved staying at the cabin and felt it was a perfect fit for our family (and dog). Everything was clean and as advertised and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and easy to use. We loved being in the mountains and enjoyed the town. Highly recommend for others.
The house is beautiful comfy and cozy. Tucked away off a quite road. It was nice soaking in the hot tub after a day of hiking. It has all the amenities you need for your stay. John and Kelly were very accommodating and if we ever come back this way we will definitely stay here again!
Thank you! A great 3 nights at your lovely property. My wife and our daughters (ages 7 & 8) had a blast. Was extremely beautiful and relaxing. We can's wait to come back at some point.
Absolutely Gorgeous property! Made the whole trip!!! Deer outside almost every morning, the hot tub abd ambiance outside was perfect. And there was so much room for everyone inside, highly recommend!
Beautiful well maintained property inside and out. Excellent neighborhood. Has good cell service in the area too. The cabin is beautiful, clean, and very cozy. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this cabin.
My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was AMAZING!!! The cabin is the perfect size for 2 (or 2 couples). Everything was clean and comfortable and "modern rustic". We used the hot tub and outdoor firepit every day. The drive to all the best tourist attractions was short and the nearest town, Woodland Park, was 10 min. away. The views from inside the cabin were breathtaking from every room! The owners were fantastic, provided so many necessities (and extras) and were easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again, hopefully this fall :)
This is a cozy log cabin that is so comfy to return to after a day hiking. The main room has a calm vintage vibe, and it's clear that the owners have put a lot of effort into making it nice. New kitchen and bathroom. We loved to sit on the Adirondack chairs with a cup of coffee and listen to the birds. (The Merlin app helped with ID.) The hot tub is very clean and lovely to use on a cool evening. There's even an outdoor gas fireplace. I only wish we could have stayed longer.
We live in a big city and were looking for the perfect little mountain cabin to celebrate a milestone birthday. We could not have been any happier with Limber Pines! It was the perfect blend of cozy-cabin-meets-modern-luxury. We used the hot tub and fireplace almost every day, both were so easy and convenient to use. And there were so many nice little touches, from the fully stocked coffee and tea bar to the extra toothbrushes in the bathroom to the games and puzzles in the living area. We also loved the decor, which felt very cabin-y but also modern and not over the top. I couldn't stop talking about how we lucked out with the perfect vacation rental. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Place exceeded our expectations, great place for for small family, great place to wind down and relax, property manager was very informative and great communicator. Definitely a yes for us.
Cheers
We loved our stay. The cabin was SO clean and decorated so cute. The view was amazing and it is the perfect location to have a wonderful view but also be close enough to all of the attractions in the area (Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, etc.). We would definitely stay here again!
My husband and I absolutely loved this place. It is very close to all of the attractions in the area and still very quiet and relaxing at night. The hosts were incredibly responsive when we had questions. We would love to stay there again in the future.
