  • This is a newly constructed (2022) lower level condo/apartment in a secluded cul de sac in between Florissant and Divide Colorado. This gorgeous property has full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, butcher block countertops, and slate tile. This property includes a private driveway and a private entrance. Out the front sliders is a 4 person 2019 bullfrog covered hot tub and patio that overlooks the valley below. The bedroom has a king size bed and a futon that would fit a single person or a child. The living room includes a 65 inch TV with a pull out sofa. Wireless internet included. It has brand new furnishings with a smart lock on lower entrance. The permanent residents live on upper level. Enjoy the peaceful solitude of mountain living. Close to many amenities and skiing, as well as world class fly fishing at Elevenmile Canyon and ATV Trailhead within 10 miles.

Great Getaway in the Mountains

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was really comfortable and well setup. We had a private overlook from the side porch complete with the roomy hot tub. There were several personal touches we really enjoyed. Thanks so much for a fantastic, relaxing stay.

Beautiful & Serene

Everything was just as described, not to mention it’s a beautiful location that was so quiet but very close to drive into town for a bite to eat or head over to the trails for a lovely hike. The hot tub was phenomenal and we definitely enjoyed the alone time and all the wildlife near the cabin. Plus the wine and snacks were great! We loved staying here and would come back again.

Secluded getaway

Nestled in a secluded wooded area you get the peacefulness of a middle of no where getaway with being in driving distance to great scenery like pikes peak, gardens of the gods, and many more beautiful scenes. The host was easy to get ahold of as well as gave us privacy. It was a great experience and would recommend to any and everyone.

Wonderul Mountain Getaway

Super clean -- everything is sharp and new, including the hot tub! Sweet tucked away mtn location for a peaceful couple's retreat, and just minutes away from local attractions like Mueller State Park, Florissant Natl Monument, etc. Huge TV, comfy couches, lots of food goodies from the owner, very well equipped kitchen ...we loved it!
