  • Come Enjoy the Mountains in This Modern Home! Nestled On 55 Acres Only 2.2 Miles from Divide, the Home Offers a Quiet Getaway for You, Your Family, and Your Pets. Only a Few Miles from Hundreds of Atv Trails, Hiking Trails, and Areas to Ride Horses. Just a Short Drive to Hike Garden of the Gods, Gamble in Cripple Creek, Raft the Arkansas River in Buena Vista, Or Hit the Slopes in Breckenridge.

    The Home Sleeps Six in beds and can sleep and additional two on a pull out couch. West room can be a living space or bedroom and has has a twin trundle (perfect for single adult or two kiddos) a couch and a large flat screen TV. Main Bedroom has a queen bed. East bedroom has a Queen bed. East Living Area has a queen sized pull out couch, recliner chair, desk and TV. Two Baths (one With a Walk-in Shower, the Other With a Tub),One Full Kitchen and One Half Kitchen. Perfect for Three Couples to Come Enjoy the Mountains Or a Family to Spend the Weekend. Both Living Spaces Contain a Large Flat Screen Tv With Blu-ray Dvd Players and YouTube Tv. As of May 2023, we now have Starlink internet!

    This Home Features Three Covered Patio Areas, Skylights for a Bright Environment, and Gorgeous Views of Pikes Peak. Bring Your Food and Friends and Come Relax!

The location is perfect and it is in a quiet wooded neighborhood! Beautiful scenery! We couldn’t sit outside since the weeds were grown up around all the patio seating, the inside of the house wasn’t as clean as I expected but the beds were comfortable and everything worked well!

This was an amazing property. We rented both units for a family vacation. It was perfect for family time, but having separate space as well. The house was very clean and the owners were very responsive as well. The property feels very secluded but is still within easy driving distance to many of the tourist attractions around Pikes Peak and Manitou Springs

We had such a wonderful stay, the house and views were amazing. The house was perfect in every way for our family. Cooking meals every night and enjoying the fire pit. So many cherished memories. The host was very hospitable. Our son loved playing outside and our daughter loved the scenery. We are very say to leave and will definitely be back. So much to see and do in the area. My 3 dogs and I enjoyed staying here to enjoy nature but be close to attractions close by. Enjoyed seeing deer outside bedroom window at dawn and chipmunks running around. Entire wall size mural painted by artist is beautiful so even snowed in you would feel like you under the Aspen trees in the mountains! Kitchen very large and updated with pretty much all you would need to make family meals. Tile floors great for pets! Hope to stay again.

fabulous getaway

We stayed for five nights and loved every minute. A summer getaway from the heat in Denver. So much do do in the area with hiking and a day at Eleven Mile Resevoir. Deer visited some mornings and we loved the cows roaming around behind the fences in the woods. We will Definitely return and SOON . Lovely mountain home in a good location for day trips. It was peaceful and relaxing. It had everything and more than we needed. A couple drawbacks were the aspens were spewing pollen which I had not experienced before in Colorado but that’s not the fault of the home just the location. Also I’m not keen on no choice on the insurance you’re forced to get to rent this. This was a first as I’ve rented many vrbo’s. Overall nice property and lots to see and do fairly close.

Best Christmas EVER!!!

This was the guest house and our family and friends that stayed there were very comfortable. They enjoyed coming to the main house to join everyone with games and cooking out. It snowed on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, which, for us (Texas and Louisiana), was AWESOME! The house and the location were great. The land was filled with snow, as far as you can see. It was awesome and seeing the animals in the barn was great - they were so attentive! Our family intends to go back for another vacation, if the Host will have us. The host was great - she was very attentive to our needs, especially as they came out to plow the driveways. I highly recommend this place.
